Thornhill Fitness
33,000 sqft. 500+ five-star reviews. The homepage gave Google nothing to rank.

The starting point
33,000 square feet of facility, 500+ Google reviews at a strong rating, and a website that used zero real photos of the gym. The homepage said almost nothing about what kind of gym it was, where it operated, or who it was for. Google had nothing concrete to rank, and visitors had nothing concrete to trust. Walk-ins were going to gyms with worse facilities and a clearer online presence.
What the redesign changed
Real facility photography across the homepage. The Google reviews pulled forward and displayed up front, doing trust work for the site itself. A stats bar Google can parse (members, square footage, years operating, classes per week). LocalBusiness schema baked in. A simplified trial booking flow that compresses the path from interest to action.
Why it matters
The business didn't change. The facility was already great. The rebuild fixed the gap between the gym's reality and what Google and a first-time visitor could see. That's the gap the SEO work compounds against.
