The Problem
The gym had a strong brand on social media with a distinctive, high-energy atmosphere. But the website told a completely different story. The design was flat and dated, the hero section had no hook, and there was nothing on the page that answered the most basic question: why should someone sign up here instead of somewhere else? Testimonials were text-only despite the gym having real video content from members. Key selling points like trainers, pricing, and facility photos were either buried or missing entirely.
The Redesign
The new homepage was built to match the energy the gym was already putting out. The hero hits immediately with bold imagery, a benefit-driven headline, and visible social proof. A dedicated section breaks down what makes the club different. Services, classes, and personal training each get their own space with real visuals. Member testimonials are pulled from actual reviews with names and ratings. The page ends with a clear call to action and a simple way to get started.
