The Problem

Most gym websites fall into one of two traps. Either they look like a generic corporate fitness chain, or they go so hard on the "hardcore" aesthetic that they intimidate anyone who isn't already a regular. The challenge was designing something that communicates credibility to experienced lifters while still feeling approachable enough to convert someone browsing for a new gym for the first time. The site also needed to remove the biggest friction point in gym signups: hidden pricing.

The Redesign

The design is built around warm neutrals and deep maroon, a palette that feels grounded and premium without the typical black-and-neon "hardcore gym" look. The hero leads with member count and social proof visible immediately. A bento grid showcases amenities like the gym floor, sauna, juice bar, and personal training in a scannable format so visitors find what matters to them fast. Pricing is displayed transparently with no "contact us for rates" friction. Real member testimonials reinforce the community feel. Two CTAs work together throughout the page: "Join Now" for visitors ready to commit, and "Book a Free Tour" for those who need to see the space first.
